Problem

The EVP of Operations at a Fortune 500 pharma firm needed to craft and communicate a new ops strategy in collaboration with the senior leadership team. The plan and rollout had to be clear, concise, and compelling in order to resonate with the entire Operations employee base (6,000+ people) and drive continuous improvement.

Action

Tremendousness guided the Operations Extended Leadership Team (30 senior level staff) through a series of co-creative design workshops to produce a visual strategy narrative. This work allowed the group to align on key elements of the strategy, setting them up to communicate their ambitions with clarity and impact.

Result

Based on the workshops, Tremendousness developed a targeted suite of visual communications to facilitate the roll-out of the strategy at all levels of the Operations organization. A modular set of communication tools — including videos, presentations, infographics, brochures, and digital content — ensured the message stuck. Having been involved in the design and launch process, senior leaders were able to own the message and confidently share the new strategy in a consistent and authentic voice.
