Alignment is your foundation.
Our human-centered design gets the attention, but Alignment is the heart of our work. This critical step ensures that every design decision supports your goals, resonates with your audience, and brings clarity to complexity. This is the first step in understanding ‘The Big Picture’.
Change can be easy to conceive, but hard to achieve. Even in high-performing organizations, new strategies and ideas are prone to fail when people are not aligned.
Interactive Discovery Sessions
clarify your goals and uncover the story.
Good design informs. Great design aligns. This is how you humanize change.
You simply must have Alignment to move forward. We accomplish this by facilitating co-creative, highly visual working sessions — on location or virtual — so everyone is aligned around the right story before anyone tries to tell it.
This is the first phase in any project with us, but Interactive Discovery Sessions are productive and valuable on their own and can result in a shareable visual draft of an idea or story, designed for socializing and iteration.
Our teams come together to share information and insights, brainstorm solutions, and map out potential deliverables. Ultimately, our Discovery Sessions are about building a roadmap to success, and set the tone for our collaboration.
With everyone aligned and ready to go we can move forward, confident that the Communication work we’re doing will deliver meaningful results.
