AARP’s Thought Leadership team created Innovation@50+, an initiative geared toward entrepreneurs who develop products, businesses, and experiences that benefit the growing 50-plus population. It focuses on the wants and needs of that age group by encouraging innovations that grow the market and increase opportunities. AARP needed visual communications that would concisely summarize their approach to use in conversations and presentations both internally and externally.

We’d worked with AARP before, so we stayed consistent with the visual style we’d established when creating a roadmap for advancing the market for people over 50. This project brought together many different stories that we sourced from presentations, documents, and our Discovery Session. We reviewed and edited that content down, created meaningful visuals, and tied it all together in an approachable, people-entered style consistent with our previous work for AARP that could be shared in meetings, at conferences, and with the media.
