Lin draws on all available surfaces. He’s an illustrator and information designer and focuses on design thinking, business development, strategy visualization, and ideation sessions. Lin has broad industry experience creating everything from maps for the Minneapolis St. Paul Airport and the Milwaukee Art Museum to icons for Turner Broadcasting, Nike, and Ford to editorial infographics for Utne Reader, Harvard Magazine, Popular Science, and Fortune to instructions for Trek Bikes, Kodak, and Air Tran.
His illustrations have helped ad agencies such as TBWA Chiat Day, Crispin Porter + Bogusky, DDB, and FCB win recognition from Communication Arts, The Clio Awards, and the Cannes Lions. In his spare time, he collects ugly computers. Lin lives in Madison, Wisconsin with his two teenage kids who also love to draw.
